职位描述：

Major Responsibilities:

· 熟悉中国环境方面的法律法规，与当地相关政府部门联系确保公司运作符合法律法规和政府相关要求。

Well know Chinese environmental regulations, liaise with local authorities to full comply with the regulations and government requirements.

· 起草、修订公司环境职业卫生的程序。

Draft and update site environmental policy and procedures.

· 建立和维护好与相关政府部门的关系，确保沟通流畅。

Build and maintain good relationship with authorities and government, and communicate smoothly.

· 负责新、改、扩项目的环评以及验收工作以符合法律法规要求。

Be responsible for legal compliance of Environmental assessment and acceptance check for new project, expansion project and MOC.

· 负责监督环保设施正常运行，三废数据的统计。

Be responsible for environmental facilities normal operation monitoring and waste database statistic.

· 协调联系外部环境监测（月度废水监测和年度废气监测），上报年度排污数据给环保局。

To coordinate the external environmental testing (monthly waste water testing and annual waste gases testing) and to report the annual waste discharging data to the EPB.

· 负责危险固废转移申请和监督，以确保符合法律法规要求。

Be responsible for hazardous solid waste transfer application and monitoring to comply with the legal requirements.

· 领导或参与环境泄漏事故调查，分析根本原因，采取预防与纠正措施。

Lead or participate in the investigation of spill accidents and identify the root cause and develop the preventive and corrective actions.

· 提供环境方面的培训给公司员工，提高全员SHE意识。

Provide the Environmental training to employees and commit on SHE awareness improvement.

· 参与公司ISO14000审计、检查，确保所有整改项按照计划完成。

Participate in site ISO14000 audit / inspection and ensure all the improvement actions closed as plan.

· 负责公司内部环境方面的检查，确保持续地提高。

Be responsible for environmental internal inspection in the site to drive the continuous improvement.

· 寻找、审计并选择合适的废弃物处理单位确保无厂外环境责任。

Search, audit and select the suitable waste contractors to ensure no off- site liabilities.

· 提供专家意见解决废水处理设施运行中出现的故障或技术问题。

Provide the expert support on troubleshooting of Waste Water Treatment facilities.

• 代表公司参加政府组织的相关会议。

On behalf of the site to attend the meetings that organized by government.

Requirement : ( knowledge / skills / abilities )
1. College or university degree in environment or chemical or closely related field, Over 5 years’ experience on chemical process plant or pharmaceuticals plant.环境或化工相关专业大专或本科学历，5年以上有关化工或制药厂工作经验；
2. Familiar with WWT process and facilities, and at least 4 years’ experience on WWT operation. 熟悉了解废水处理工艺及设施，并具有至少4年以上的废水处理设施运行的经验。
3. A good communicator with ability to impart knowledge and ideas clearly to all level of employees具有良好的沟通技能，能够清晰地将知识和概念传授给各个层次的员工；
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to dissect complex issues and make sense in conclusions reached.较强的问题分析解决能力，能够剖析复杂问题并有达到结论的强烈意识；
5. Able to work as a team player, supporting team goals.团队合作相互支持以达到目标
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 良好的人际关系与沟通技巧；
7. Working knowledge of general office computer software. 熟练使用各种常用办公软件；
8. Be able to communicate with foreign colleague by English. 能够用英语与外国同事做简单地沟通。
