工作职责 Responsibilities：
1、全英文教授3到12岁儿童；
2、参与入职、晋级培训及教研活动，并将自己的教学经验进行传播
3、配合学校市场招生及其他活动；
4、开课后负责与家长沟通学员学习情况，做好家校互动；
5、对学员的学习结果负责，解决学员在英语学习中的疑难，并提供专业的咨询和学习建议；
6、按时召开公开课，详细了解家长对英语教育的理解和需求，帮助他们纠正错误的教育观念和教育方法，树立正确的教育观念；
7、定期对客户进行回访，做好学员课后辅导。
8、保质保量的完成上级交办的其他任务。

职位要求Requirements：
1.大学本科以上学历，专业为英语，英语通过专业八级者优先考虑；
2.英语表述流利；英语发音标准地道；
3.熟悉中国的教育体制，有少儿英语教学经验者优先；
4.熟练使用Excel、Word等通用办公软件；
5.喜欢孩子，热爱教育;善于分享，有较强的团队合作意识；
6.愿意接受新的教学理念及教学方法;敢于创新，热衷钻研；
7.积极向上并乐于助人。

Responsibilities:
1.Educate 3-12 years old children with all-English teaching;
2.Participate in induction, promotion training and teaching research activities, spread owned teaching experience;
3.Cooperate with marketing department for recruiting students;
4.Responsible for communicating with parents after owned class started;
5.Responsible for the results of students’ learning, solve the problems and propose professional consulting and suggestions during students’ study;
6.Conduct open class on schedule, ask for information about understanding and requirement about English education, and provide assist about correct false education concepts and methods;
7.Regularly calling for feedback of customers, complete tutorial work for students after class;
8.Accomplish different tasks from superiors with high quality.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, English major, give priority to applicants passed TEM8;
2.Standard English pronunciation and fluency;
3.Be familiar with Chinese Educational System, give priority to applicants who have children English teaching experience;
4.Be proficient in office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
5.Care for children, enthusiasm for education, good at sharing, possess strong teamwork awareness;
6.Willing to accept new education concept and teaching methods; Full of innovation and studying spirit;
7.Be initiative, helpful and positive
