职位描述：
1. Support the product engineer and production staff to generate the detail work instruction, procedures in English and Mandarin (if necessary) for repair heavy duty gas turbine components by study the repair process in the shop floor, discussion with product engineers and/or production staff. The content of the work instruction is based on the original repair document transferred from a technology licensor company and the process technique agreed internally.
协助工程师以及生产部门，通过在工厂学习部件知识，与产品工程师或者产品员工讨论，用英语和中文（如有需要），为重型燃机修理部件编制详细的作业指导和规程。
2. Review technical document, tool drawing, component drawing, spare part list, consumable list, etc. to ensure that the transferred documents and data from the technical licensor are received completely and accurately.
复审技术文档，工装图纸，部件图纸，备件清单等来确保从技术许可方转移过来的文件和数据是完全和精确的。
3. Register, file the transferred technical documents, tool drawing and component drawing, repair process records under document control systems and perform others technical data administrative activities according to the company technical control policy and procedure or guidance from Chief Technical manager.
在文件控制系统中登记，归档技术转移资料，工装图纸和部件图纸，修理流程记录和根据公司的技术管控政策和流程或技术经理的指令执行其它技术资料行政活动。
4. Distribute the updated the controlled copies of work instruction to the applicable work station in the work shop.
分发更新过的受控工作指导给工厂里的可适用的工作站。
5. Archive the repair process records (Route cards, Furnace Run charts, Lab inspection result, Incoming and Repair Inspection reports, NDT inspection record, and other process work sheets, etc.)
将修理流程记录存档（工艺卡，真空炉运行表，实验室检查结果，进厂和修理检验记录，无损检测记录和其它的工作）。
6. Create the master data and input the technical data into the ERP system.
创建主数据并且将技术资料导入ERP系统。
7. Coordinate with engineers and production staff to design and draft up the tool drawing.
配合工程师和生产员工来设计、绘制工装图纸。
8. Determine the critical dimensions to be inspected on the tooling and then create the tool inspection check sheet to guide the tooling supplier / independent calibration lab or internal calibration department to inspect the tooling accordingly.
决定检测工具的临界尺寸以及创建工装检查表来指导工装供应商、独立校准实验室或者内部校准部门来相应的检查工装。
9. Coordinate and guide the purchasing department to select the machine shop, independent inspection service with capability fit to the requirement of the tool or part drawing.
配合和指导采购部门来选择能符合工具或者部件图纸要求的机械工厂，独立检测服务。

教育背景Education：
机械自动化、电气、热能与动力工程、项目管理等本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electric, energy and power engineering, project management and related professional qualifications

知识/技能Knowledge/Skills：
? Degree in Mechanical Engineering, fresh graduate is welcome.
机械工程学位，欢迎应届毕业生
? Good command in English and mandarin and good at writing skill.
良好的中英文读写能力
? Ability to create mechanical drawing using AutoCAD or SolidWorks software.
可以用AutoCAD或SolidWorks软件绘制机械图纸
? Knowledge on Geomatics Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ISO standard.
测绘学知识和ISO公差标准知识
? Computer skills (Word, Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
良好的电脑技术（Word, Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks）

相关工作经验Related Experience：
Experience in tool designing, wiring work procedure would be advantage.
