职位描述：
岗位职责：

建立并实施公司健康安全环保质量体系及策略，确保公司所有运营活动符合国家及母公司的健康安全环保要求，严格遵守国家及地方的健康安全环保法律法规。
Set-up and carry out the HSE strategy, ensuring the all the company activities are maintained in a satisfactory condition and meet with State and Corporate HSE requirements and locally applicable legal rules/regulations and ensures HSE related legal requirements are determined and followed.
事故/事件的调查及纠正预防措施的落实，承包商的HSE管理。
Leads incident/accident investigations and ensures prevention measures are developed and monitored as well as the work permit management. Responsible for negotiation and development of EHS service contracts.
确保所有员工有合适的且有资质的个人防护用品，同时确保所有个人防护用品处于良好状态，严格管理库存及成本控制。
Ensure that all employees have suitable and qualified personal protective belongings and conduct stock management to these belongings.
就相关工作及报告事宜同母公司或相关政府机构保持良好沟通，实施各合规性申报。
Communicate well with the relevant HSE authorities for relevant reports, and conduct the compliance registration with authorities.
通过检查审核维持生产安全，同时参与运输安全、产品安全和工艺安全。
Maintain operation safety by onsite inspection, audit, and some involvement of process transportation and product safety.
定期组织实施健康安全环保相关培训及演练，时刻推广员工的安全意识，建立公司的安全文化。
Carry out the HSE related training and drills. Promote the safety awareness at all time.
在外部供应商的协助下，监督消防系统的日常维护是否到位，确保消防系统保持良好的运行状态。
Supervise the routine maintenance for fire control system with the support external vendor. Make sure the fire system in good working condition.
监督特种设备的维护和管理特种设备操作人员持证上岗，确保合规。
Supervise special equipment and special equipment operator to be comply with regulatory.
及时汇报所有健康安全环保的不符合项及不合法项。
Reports all the HSE non-conformances and no-compliances to the management.
负责跟踪客户审核中发现的体系相关的不符合项的纠正及预防。
Responsible for the C/P(correct and prevention) action follow up for the relevant customer audits related with system works.
负责公司体系文件管理，包括但不仅限于制定、发放、回收、销毁等。
Responsible for the system documents control, include but not limited for establishment, distribution, recover, dispose.
及时完成领导交办的其它事项。
Other tasks assigned by the leader.

任职要求：
本科及以上学历；
机械、机电、安全、环境、质量管理等相关专业；
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanics, Engineering, Safety, Environment and Quality Management
熟悉国家安全、职业健康、环境相关法律法规，能规避公司运营过程中的相关风险；
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力；
管理体系运行检查、培训、指导、推动管理体系运行的能力；
注册工程师为佳。
Being Familiar with relevant laws and regulations in safety, Health, Environment to avoid and mitigate possible risks；
Strong abilities in communication and coordination；
Strong ability in the monitoring, training and guidance in QESH affairs；
Certified Engineer will be preferred.
5 years’ experience or above in managing QESH affairs in foreign invested and joint venture corporations.
