职位描述：
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
Disassembling and assembling parts if required；
如果有需要的话，拆卸和装备备件
Checking if required the right parts, fixtures and tools are available and in a usable condition；

Machining, finishing and repairing damaged parts by means of grinding, belt grinding, drilling, CNC milling, CNC EDM, straightening and pressing；
机制，完成和修复损坏的部件，通过打磨，砂带磨削，钻孔，数控加工，矫直和冲压
Profiling of cooling holes, and removal of remnant coating；
切削冷却孔和去除剩余涂料
Performing measurements using test jigs and measuring equipment；

Maintain machines, tools and workplace, perform first-line maintenance, and identify imminent equipment failure

Reporting non-conformances to direct superior；

Qualification / Competence :
Secondary technical education (CNC Machinist)
中专学历（计算机数控专业）
CNC milling machine programing, with at least 2 years CNC milling machine and CNC EDM machine experience.
CNC 打磨机器编程，需要至少两年的CNC打磨机和CNC EDM机操作经验
Having ambitions to be a good craftsman；
有成为一个好技师的想法
Ability to work effectively and follow instructions；
能够高效的工作并且遵守操作规范
Ability to train new grinders；
能够培训新的打磨工
Good knowledge of English language；
良好的英语技能
Good interpersonal skills；
良好的人际交流技能
