职位描述：
-Design and develop new platform for automotive systems
-为公司设计和开发新的产品
-Support demo build for the customers
-为客户做演示构建的支持
-Excellent knowledge in Connector Systems, wiring harness assemblies, over molded cables etc.
-精通或熟悉连接器系统、线束组装、包塑成型电缆等领域的相关技术知识
-Understand the value of best practices and apply best practices and other tools to drive business results.
-理解***解决问题方案的价值，并且运用***解决问题办法以及其它的工具来完善业务发展。
-Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas, including expert executive communication and presentation skills
-简洁明了传递信息和建议，应拥有交流和展示的技能
-Support team (Europe and China) draw the Drawings.
-协助研发部门（包括欧洲和中国）获取客户的确切需求，协助研发部门制作相关的草板图纸
-Support team to tracking the documents' upgrade and upload
-协助团队追踪文件的更新和上传
-Support for meetings organization with different departments
-协助召开不同部门间的会议

Requirement:
- 5+ years of work experience in Automotive industry in R&D with focus to electronics or electro-mechanical products
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, APQP, QFD, DFMEA
- CAD design and CAE analysis tool application, PC application skill, MUST have the knowledge of CATIA
- Good analysis and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team member
