Position: Quality Engineer
Reports to: Quality Manager
Home City: Rugao
Job Overview
The Quality Engineer supervises and coordinates all the activities to ensure that the product or service that Wilspec Controls provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including quality standards, legal compliance and customer expectations. The Quality Engineer also monitors and advises on the performance of the quality management system and produces data and report on performance, and measuring against KPI’s indicators. He / She coordinates everybody in and outside of the organization to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the Quality Engineer advises the Quality Manager on changes and their implementation. Quality Engineer will also assist in providing training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve the highest quality record.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: ????任务和职责
The Quality Engineer will assist the Quality Manager in employing a variety of measures to place quality at the Head and heart of the organization. These include management systems such as ISO 9001, philosophies such as Total Quality Management, and methodologies such as Continuous Improvement. The position includes but it is not limited to the following activities:

？ Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. 在全公司内推进质量满意和改进。
？ Working with the Quality Team to achieve QA compliance objectives. 与质量部团队的成员一起达成质量保证的目标。
？ Ensure that operations practices are properly executed to comply with quality standards. 确保日常行为符合质量标准。
？ Evaluating the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements 评估公司的产品标准及供应商，并将之与客户要求进行比较。
？ Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. 与采购部员工一起建立供应商质量要求。
？ Assist the QM on ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation. Considering the application of environmental, health and safety standards. 协助质量经理的工作，确保符合国内外标准和法律要求，包括环境、健康和安全。
？ Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. 与操作人员明确质量程序。
？ Maintaining controls and documentation procedures in both English & Chinese language formats. 维护中、英文的控制和文件程序。
？ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training. 明确质量相关的培训并导入培训。
？ Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters. 整理并分析质量数据，并使用图表将这些数据与规定参数进行比较。
？ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary. 确保测试和程序被准确理解、执行和评估，必要时进行产品改进的研究。
？ Supervising the Quality Team in carrying out tests and checks. 监督质量部门人员执行测试和检查。
？ Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures such as MRB & 8D Corrective Actions. 联合团队共同策划、创建并认同综合的质量程序，如MRB和8D纠正措施。
？ Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. 通过收集相关数据和制作数据报告监控质量情况。
？ Identification, segregation and following up to internal and customer compliances until its resolution and disposition. 鉴别、隔离并跟踪内外部质量问题，直到问题得到解决和处置。

REQUIREMENTS: ??
Education: BS degree in the Engineering or related field or the equivalent work experience ??????
教育：本科学历，工程类相关专业或有同类工作经验。
Experience: 2-4 years of Quality assurance experience in Manufacturing Production processes.
经验：有2-4年生产制造过程的质量保证工作经验。
                    Demonstrated experience in the implementation and/or facilitation of ISO 9001 and Continuous improvement principles is a PLUS.??????
擅长于ISO9001的执行和/或便利化，具备持续改进的能力者优先。
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
知识，技能和能力
                     Excellent communications skills- both verbal and written.
  良好的口语和书面语沟通能力
Required language skills in Mandarin, Rugao local dialect and English.
普通话、如皋话和英语能力。
Able to utilize EXCEL, WORD, Power Point etc.
能使用EXCEL,WORD,PPT等。
Knowledge and use of Data Software such as Microsoft BI is a plus.
了解办公软件的知识及使用，会使用数据软件，如Microsoft BI.
         Excellent relationship skills.
良好的人际关系技能。
