-每周向管理层和总部报告资金情况。Weekly cash situation report to Management & HQ.
-外管要求的进出口登记和申报业务。SAFE required declaration for importing and exporting business.
-处理日常的现金及银行的报销、收、支业务。Handle daily cash reimbursement , receipts and payments of bank ( both CNY & Foreign currencies )
-及时完成对供应商的付款工作，确保SAP中季末到期应付未付款、预付与应付款等及时得到清理。对于需要通过结售汇资金支付的付款，配合提供银行、外管局所需的相关资料。Perform vendor payments on time, ensure the outstanding payments to be cleared off at least for quarterly basis within SAP. When FX business, provide the supporting documents required by bank and local SAFE.
-协助财务经理做好公司银行资金的理财或融资业务的相关工作。Assist <head of finance> to do bank saving and financing program or solutions per cash position and business requirements.
-及时做好网银与SAP相关帐户的对账工作，确保与付款业务相关的基础资料在网银及SAP中得以及时地维护。Perform E-bank account.s and SAP account.s reconciliations, maintain and post related bank account.s information in E-bank and SAP.
-在职责范围内配合做好定期的外部审计及内部审计的相关工作。Provide support on external and internal financial auditing.
-协助财务经理做好相关业务流程的改善建议及持续优化工作。Assist <head of finance> to identify potential areas for improvement, support on continuous optimization.
-参与季度及年度存货、资产盘点. Participate in quarterly / annual inventory for stock & fixed assets.
-协助财务经理维护政府、外管、银行等外部关系。Maintain government / banks / SAFE relationship with <head of finance> .
-财务部门的助理工作。Assistant job in finance department when necessary.
-由财务经理分派的其他相关任务。Other tasks assigned <head of finance>.
Skills:
-财务/会计 相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上相关经验，会计从业资格证。College degree, major in finance/ account.ing/ , 3 years experience, account.ing certificate.
-3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉业务流程，熟悉成本优先。Over 3 years relevant working expeciences，costing/controlling knowledge prefered.
-微软办公软件，SAP 财务模块，良好的英文沟通技能。MS office ( Excel, word, PPT) , SAP FI module. English communication.
-形象气质佳，请附照片于简历。Professional looking appearance, photo on CV.
