Job Description:
Position Title: CNC operations manager
Location: Song Jiang, Shanghai
Report to: General Manager (owner)

EJSEN is a family owned CNC machining company specialized in Aluminum Casting. The Company was founded in 2004 and now employ about 80 staff.

The CNC operations manager is responsible for overseeing the operations activities for the business. The manager controls the processes from raw parts received to final product packed and delivered to warehouse. Important deliverables include daily hands on leadership, production planning and execution to ensure that company goals are kept in focus. The CNC operations manager is member of top management team. Responsibilities for the role of the CNC operations manager include the following work contents:

Overall manage the CNC workshop, second operations, automation and maintenance departments.

- Hands on personal leadership of the manufacturing departments (50 staff)
-Be part of the top management team (4 person)
-Design and implement maintenance (TPM)
-Optimize the use of data from systems such as ERP, CIMCO, Wintool.
-Automation with robots and others in the operations.
-Actively lead and execute 5S, LEAN and SMED
-Make and use SOP for planning and execution of customer orders
-Establish and oversee proper internal business policies and procedures.
-Monitor and adjust machine and follow up on worker OEE
-Participate in sales & Logistics meeting and follow up
-Coach and train department managers, supervisor and workers.

Experience Requirements:
1.At least 5 year of practical experience from metal working manufacturing.
2.Strong understanding of Western discipline and quality culture.
3.Strong focus on quality, accuracy, deadlines, and orderly work.
4.Analytical approach in problem solving and risk management.
5.Leadership skills to coach others in business control and risk management.

Knowledge/Educational Requirements:
1.University degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
2.Practical background such as tool maker, machinist is clear advantage.
3. Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Fluent in Chinese speaking and writing
5. Good command in English, both written and oral.
5 Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
7. Good team player.
8. Ability to work well under pressure.
