PURPOSE:

Purpose of the Position: Set up The Switch China marketing strategy, and promote The Switch brand in China market.


KEY RESPONIBILITY:

？ Make annual budgeting plan and marketing strategies, tactics, methodologies and tools; Responsible for developing and executing overall marketing plans in support of business unit marketing and business goals.
？ Organize and lead marketing events, including workshops, exhibitions, forums, etc.
？ Organize printing of company product/promotion catalogues
？ Deal with press, media, from time to time for public communication and advertisement
？ Conduct China customer satisfaction survey as part of the global survey activity, in close contact with HQ
？ Analyze the market and industrial development trend, compile market reports from time to time
？ Market analysis for new project opportunities and forecast for sales
？ Help develop and maintain relationships with potential customers where possible

COMPETANCE:

？ Bachelor Degree or above;
？ 5-7 years experience relevant working experience
？ Strong strategic marketing communication and project management skills
？ Excellent knowledge of campaign management, marketing principles, media, web marketing and data management;
？ Team working spirit, Coordinating and self-management skill;
？ Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines;
？ Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written at all levels within and outside the company;
？ Experience working in mechanical industry and/or partner marketing a plus
