- Excellent knowledge in Connector Systems, wiring harness assemblies, over molded cables etc.
- 精通或熟悉连接器系统、线束组装、包塑成型电缆等领域的相关技术知识
- Understand the value of best practices and apply best practices and other tools to drive business results.
- 理解最佳解决问题方案的价值，并且运用最佳解决问题办法以及其它的工具来完善业务发展。
- Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas, including expert executive communication and presentation skills
- 简洁明了传递信息和建议，应拥有交流和展示的技能
- Interface with the customer for currently running projects,
- 紧密配合客户现有项目
- Co-work the project team to improve the communication and the relationship with the customer in several departments
- 协助项目部门改善与客户端不同部门的交流和关系
- Support Sales team activities in North of China
- 支持销售组在华北地区的相关业务拓展活动
- Support R&D team (Europe and China) to get customer’s information in the right format, help R&D team draw the rough Drawings.
- 协助研发部门（包括欧洲和中国）获取客户的确切需求，协助研发部门制作相关的草板图纸
- Support to benchmark competitors (Benchmarking)
- 协助对竞争对手产品进行分析和研究
- Support RFQ process from the beginning to the final quote
- 协助跟踪客户新项目报价
- Support to get customer relevant information (VOC), and give the draft solution to them immediately
- 调研客户真正的需求并立即提出相关的初步解决方案
- Support Sales team for commercial discussion
- 协助销售团队商务谈判
- Support for meetings organization at the customer and any other activities
- 协助召开客户与厂内的会议
- 5+ years of work experience in Automotive industry in Sales or in R&D with focus to electronics or electro-mechanical products with direct touch to the customer
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, APQP, QFD, DFMEA
- Working experience in automotive project management, preferred for North of China projects
- CAD design and CAE analysis tool application, PC application skill, MUST have the knowledge of CATIA
- Good analysis and communication skills
- Work location will be 80% Beijing and 20% Nantong
- Ability to work independently as well as a team member
- Fluent in spoken and written English
