职位描述
Responsibility:
- Responsible for developing, implementing HSE programs and policies
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
- Maintain the HSE Management System documentation and monitor its distribution
- Develop, review and modify HSE programs and procedures
- Ensure the regulation records are well kept and checked periodically
- Organise HSE training
- Maintain accurate incident records, fill in relevant HSE reporting
- Interface the public services (Fire Bureau, Environment Protection Bureau, Labour and Health Bureau) and deal with their regular audits and approvals
- Propose and organize regular emergency exercises
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor degree & above
- Above 2 Years of related working experience in HSE
- Familiar with local HSE policy, OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001
- Fluent in Mandarin and English skills in oral & written
- Teamwork spirit, Good relationship building and influencing skills
