职位一：Associate ERP Manager/ERP Inter Consultant

Responsibilities:
？ Provide the 1st level ERP support in for Great China with the focus on FI/CO modules, and SD Module is preferred.
？ Knowledge learning from global template and transfer it to guide and satisfy local business
？ Trouble shooting with daily issues from business departments
？ Close cooperation with HQ business process and application center, business department for process analysis and definition
？ Support for local ERP projects (implementation, roll out, enhancements etc.) by delivering consulting, customizing, testing, training and go-live support
？ Continuous optimize business process based on global template and rules
？ Design function specifications to be passed to internal or external consulting team for developments
？ Authorization management of local SAP users
？ Regularly training for key users

Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree and above
？ Above 5+ years working experience in SAP/Oracle/IFS area
？ Familiar with ERP processes, particularly in FI/CO modules, and SD Module is preferred.
？ Have the experience of ERP projects implementation.
？ Independent & initiative at thinking & learning, quick adapting to new environment
？ Fast in execution, deliver expected results with good follow & reporting sense
？ Good teamwork, open minded, proper communication with different people
？ People-oriented, a good communicator, team player

职位二：ERP技术开发

Responsibility:
1. Carrying out each step in software life cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing for IT projects throughout Asia
2. Engaging in research and development of innovative and high quality software products for IT Application
3. Work across groups within department
4. Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing and support efforts
5. Write and review documents for internal usage in English

Requirement:
1.5+ years of application development experience in an IT environment
2. Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
3. Demonstrated history of strong project management and leadership skills
4. Experience working with multiple business areas and a proven track record in presenting/selling how technology can benefit business operations
5. Minimum Education: Bachelor degree (MIS or CS)
6. English CET 6 or above
7. Proficiency in web-based database application development (ASP.NET, Javascript, HTML, AJAX，interface)
8. Proficiency in relational database technology (SQL Server or Oracle)
9. Proficiency in C#/.Net technologies (proficiency in Java considered an added advantage)
10. Knowledge of ERP/CRM products considered a plusb
