Key Responsibilities:

· Under guidance of the Accounting Manager, perform routine accounting duties following established procedures

· 在会计经理的指导下，根据现行流程执行日常会计业务

· Prepare and post recurring, standard, monthly journal entries and transactions related to the general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and fixed assets

· 编制和复核与总账、应收、应付及固定资产相关的循环发生的及常规发生的、月度的会计凭证及其交易

· Compute and prepare data for journal entries, review general ledger and related financial statements. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports and taxes

· 编制、计算分类账的基础数据，审核总账及相关的财务报表。协助编制财务报表，分类账，报告及税务工作。

· Complete month end closing procedures. Ensure accurate and timely general ledger and period end closings

· 负责完成月结工作。保证总账及期末结账准确及时

· Prepare monthly reconciliations and balance sheets

· 负责准备月度对账及资产负债表

· Perform non-routine, moderately complex accounting functions following established procedures. Analyze and process transactions in all accounting areas. Review bank reconciliations and determines disposition of discrepancies

· 根据现行的流程制度，执行非日常，稍微复杂的会计职能。在整个会计领域内分析及处理交易。审核银行对账及处理差异项。

· Prepare state or local tax returns of organization. Advise management regarding tax consequences of business, internal programs, activities and other transactions.

· 负责税务局国地税报税。关于交易，内部项目，活动及其他交易的税务影响能给管理层提出建设性的建议。

· Recommend policies and strategies for minimizing organization tax obligations. Maintain organization tax records.

· 提出政策及策略性建议来最大限度的减少公司税务负担，维护公司税务记录。

Requirements要求:

• Minimum 4-year progressive accounting experience. At least 2-years managing GL
• 至少连续4年的会计经验，至少2年的总账管理经验。
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree a plus
• 会计，财务及相关专业，本科学历， 本科以上学历优先
• Strong understanding of PRC GAAP. Understanding of IFRS a plus
• 非常熟悉理解中华人民共和国公认会计准则。优先考虑熟悉国际财务报告准则者
• Previous SAP experience
• 有SAP工作经验
• Strong written and oral Mandarin and English language skills
• 普通话，英语读写及口语能力佳
• Above average computer skills, primarily SAP and MS Office
• 计算机能力优，主要是SAP及办公软件操作熟练
• A passion for learning, intercultural awareness and a can-do attitude
• 学习热情高，具有跨文化意识及亲力亲为的态度
