KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES：
Knowledge of foundry business and management principles involved in project management, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Knowledge of upholding utmost confidentiality of all company and customer information
Knowledge of MS Office suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with all levels of personnel and management, both internal and external

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE：
College Graduate or above; extensive knowledge of quality systems used in foundry and manufacturing environments, including, ISO, TS, and related systems; Extensive knowledge of PPAP processes and level requirements; Fluent in written and spoken English; Five years relevant working experience. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES：
The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, direct and coordinate project management activities at the highest level of management with the assistance of subordinate engineers and staff managers and to direct project management activities and the preparation of various project management reports for all projects, and as directed by customers. Position will report directly to the President, and will lead technical and quality teams. Responsibilities captioned below are considered essential job functions:
Direct and coordinate the Company’s project management activities for various customers, primarily in the fluid power and hydraulics industries.
Develop and maintain internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as project management, technical, engineering, quality, and logistics
Adhere to established policy and procedures; ensuring confidentiality at all times
Analyze operations to evaluate performance of the Company and its staff in meeting objectives and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, and policy change
Direct, plan, implement policies, objectives and activities of businesses to ensure continuing operations or to increase productivity
Prepare or direct preparation of project management reports, quality system reports, technical reports, or reports required by customers
Supervise employees performing engineering, quality and project management duties
Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding efficient control and utilization of project management resources
Other duties as assigned Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: General office and foundry shop and machine tool noise, dirt, grease, sand, heat and fumes from the operation of machines and equipment. Normal working position is sitting, standing, and walking, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, talking and hearing. Lifting weight can anywhere from 1 to 25 lbs. infrequently in which proper lifting/moving techniques are required.
