职位描述
Build up CRM platform and set up effective CRM work flow.
Develop long term CRM strategy for Bose China based on brand development strategy, digital development strategy and business development needs.
Based on analysis, design and organize CRM campaigns to generate high customer response and additional margin.
Manage and control the CRM budget, and ensure the ROI and profitability of CRM operations are forecasted and achieved.
Oversee the generation of regular CRM reports to provide analysis and insights for company's business expansion.
Work closely with marketing manager and product team to create good idea and campaigns
Work closely with e-commerce team to develop the data pool, and improve the conversion rate.
Work closely with IT team and other internal teams to develop the CRM IT infrastructure, ensuring the adequate establishment and operation of required CRM-related IT function
Education / Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant CRM experience, ideally from retailing/FMCG industry/ CRM agency, with a sound understanding and experience of setting up the CRM platform, developing CRM program and using CRM tools.
- Strategic thinking .Able to see into future and anticipate the trends, and create CRM strategies and plans accordingly.
- Proven expertise in CRM platform, work flow, and membership management.
- Strong analytical mind. Able to read behind figures and identify business opportunities and area of improvement.
- Proven expertise in direct marketing, and be effective and creative in both campaign organization and target customer communication via EDM, SMS, DM, online and etc.
- Able to work in the multi-functional team.
- Able to take initiatives and make things done independently.
- Previous experience in CRM vendor management is preferred.
- Experience in IT and technical knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
