3、技术研发工程师（R&D Manager- SGM）：5年以上汽车行业设计工作经验，2年以上部门经理或管理经验，英语流利Familiar with the design process of SGM

1、Mechanical Design Engineer / 2、Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sunroof matching study, and analyze customer’s technical specification to transfer it to the relative design input.
2. Assistant to or make product design and development schedule, and complete the product design activities accordingly to meet the relative quality requirements.
3. Responsible for 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation, and conduct drawing release and product design change.
4. Prepare for DFMEA and update it on time.
5. Make product verification plan, and make sure the product to be capable to enter the product validation.
6. Prepare for product design review and be able to resolve the design failure accordingly on time.
7. Prepare for product design review and be able to resolve the design failure accordingly on time.
8. Be responsible for technical supporting for customer and other internal cross function departments.
9. Be responsible for the technical communication with suppliers, verify the samples and approve OTS samples.
10. Assistant to build product design guideline.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, mechanical related major
2. Above 3 years vehicle related designing experience.
3.Understood and master the knowledge about quality system.
(eg.TS16949/APQP/PPAP/etc), and be familiar with the automotive product
design and development process.
4. Skilled in CATIA V4/V5.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Skilled in use of office software
7. Skilled in the use of quality control tool related to product development
mentioned by APQP, such as DFMEA,SPC.
3、R&D Manager- SGM
Responsibilities:
1. Complete dept. target to ensure the completeness of company target.
2. Complete and effective control of dept budget.
3. Guide the development of R&D to achieve standard.
4. Responsible for the phase of product design and development according to APQP.
5. Responsible for product inquire related to design and development
6. Responsible for drawing review and approve.
7. Design knowledge transfer between WRC and WAG or other firm.
8. After the approving of development budget, organize department work reasonable to control the budget.
9. Department daily work management, organize human resource and workload reasonable to encourage the employee's enthusiasm and team work.
10. Accept new knowledge, train R&D employee about sunroof design related knowledge and experience.


Requirements:
1．Bachelor degree, mechanical related major.
2．Above 5 years above vehicle related design experience.
3．Above 2 years department manager/ supervisor management experience.
4．Familiar with the design process of SGM.
4．TS 16949 quality system knowledge
5．Fluent in English, Germany is preferred.
6．Skilled in use of office software.
7．Skilled in the use of quality control tool related to product development mentioned by APQP, such as DFMEA,SPC,DV plan.
8．Skilled in CATIA V4/V5.
