职位描述
Principal Responsibilities and Duties：
1. Applies all the regulations available within the company - Hirschman Nantong and Hirschmann Group:
· Internal Regulation Policy
· Health and Safety Regulations,
· Fire protection Regulation
· Civil protection Regulation
· Information Confidentiality System Regulation.
2. Contributes to the implementation, development and maintenance of the Hirschmann management systems:
· Quality Management System
· Environmental Management System
· HPS (HIRSCHMANN Production System) and CIP (Continuous Improvement System) for whole structure (5S System, Kanban System , Zero Defects- Strategy, etc).
3. Has the responsibility to follow the work safety rules, environmental protection and fire prevention regulation in the area of responsibility and participate in training and to acquire the concepts presented in the training for labor protection and fire safety, environmental protection.
4. Performs annual maintenance for machines according to the annual maintenance plan described in the procedure for achieving zero production downtimes.
5. Performs regular maintenance for injection molds according to the procedure for achieving zero production downtimes.
6. Intervenes to accidental repairs for the production lines so that the downtime is minimized. The interventions are related to the mechanics of machines and devices, as well as to the pneumatic and the hydraulic part of those.
7. Intervenes to reinstal the facilities within the factory (the mechanics part) in case of any accidentall damages (eg doors, windows, etc)
8. Fabricates assembly devices and performs equipment improvements according to the discussion, the sketches or drawings engineers to improve the production process.
9. Registers all repairs and actions in the maintenance sheet (SAP) so that the supervisor can make the review of the defects.
10. Participates in implementing the 5S program in maintenance so that the organization of the work place and all adjacent spaces is optimal.
