JOB SUMMARY

Optimize employee relationship management policies and procedures, reduce the risk of labor relations, establish a harmonious environment for human resources ,involving the establishment and improvement of effective communication mechanism, improve satisfaction and sense of belonging of employees, help build good occupation mentality, promote employee activities and all kinds of culture construction. etc.
优化员工关系管理的政策和程序,降低用工风险,建立良好的工作环境和高效的沟通机制,提高员工满意度和归属感,促进员工保持良好的工作心态,改善员工活动和企业文化建设等。


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make annul plan of employee relationship work, and supervise executing various activities according to plan;
制定员工关系年度工作计划,根据计划开展相应活动;
2. Implement employee satisfaction survey, and analysis, feedback the results of the survey, improving employee participation and satisfaction;
实施员工满意度调查,并分析、反馈调查结果,提高员工的参与度和满意度;
3. Construct effective communication mechanism, including staff psychological interviews, communication meeting, the suggestion box etc.;
建立有效的沟通机制,包括员工心理辅导,交流大会,员工意见箱等;
4. Deal with all kinds of labor disputes and employee complaints, improving the processing flow, reduce labor risk;
处理劳动纠纷和员工投诉,改善工作流程,减少用工风险;
5. Plan and organize cultural activities, enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement, and establishing the harmonious relationship between the employees and the company;
规划并组织企业文化活动,加强员工间的满意度和凝聚力,在员工与公司间建立良好的合作关系;
6. According to the employee relations policies and procedures, implement staff concern and sympathy, promoting the staff to maintain good occupation mentality;
根据员工关系政策和流程,密切关注员工工作情绪,促进员工保持良好的职业心态;
7. Promote the construction of enterprise culture, building good working atmosphere for employee.
改善企业文化,在员工间建立良好的工作氛围;
8. Assist HR manager to monitor the implementation of other HR functions.
协助人力资源经理实施其他人力资源职能。

REQUIREMENT
1. University graduate with major in HR management or other related profession.
本科学历,人力资源或相关专业
2. At least 7 years’ HR experience with no less than5 years in manufacturing and people management responsibilities.
7年以上工作经验,至少5年管理经验
3. Manufacturing working environment experience is preferred
有制造型企业工作经验优先考虑
4. Good knowledge of China Employment Law and local regulations
熟悉中国劳动法律法规
