职位描述
Principal Responsibilities and Duties：
1、Customer/vendor data creation & maintain in SAP.
2、Check and verify incoming VAT invoices.
3、A/R and A/P related accountings with SAP —Absolutely accurate and timely.
4、Export invoices and VAT invoice issuing （customer VAT invoices automatically exporting from SAP to Golden tax system）.
5、Customer credit management.
6、Assist financial supervisor for contract management, monitoring price and payment term.
7、Work closely with logistic ,HQ related colleagues to ensure the company A/R & A/P run smoothly.
8、Work with sales dept to do the Dunning process.( e.g send dunning letter generated from SAP, etc)
9、Periodical reconcile with customers/vendors/employees.
10、A/R Aging report, do monthly overdue customers report with reasons & suggestions.
11、Responsible for month end closing of A/R & A/P；
12、Assist financial supervisor for other related works according to the time-table and requirement.
13、Handle ad-hoc assignments which assigned by Financial manager.
Education：
1、Bachelor degree
2、Major in finance or accounting
3、Certificate of accounting profession （taking up） — must
Experience：
1、Minimum 5 years working experience in WOFE company.
2、Solid experience of SAP FI moudle is required.
3、Solid experience for (export tax rebate) & (annual income tax declaration) is a plus.
Skills：
1、SAP A/P & A/R Module
2、Excellent Excel skill
Other Requirements：
1、Team player— must.
2、Nantong local resident is a plus.
3、Good English communication skill.
4、Reliable, strong responsibilities and be able to work under pressure.
