Bachelor degree in mechanical, automotive engineering;

要求

Requirements

1. 2年以上质量工作经验；

Min.2 years’ experience in components quality management of supplier;

2. 精通TS16949质量体系和过程审核(VDA6.3),有内审员证书；

Familiar with TS16949 system and process audit (e.g. VDA6.3),has internal auditor certificate;

3. 熟悉ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系；

Familiar with EHS , ISO14001 and OHSAS18001;

4. 较强组织协调能力和团队合作精神；

Good negotiation and communication skills;

5. 英语良好；

Good spoken and written English;

岗位职责

Job Responsibility

1. 在资格预审过程中，促进供应商批准；

Contribute to the supplier approval during Pre-Qualification process (serial);

2. 在开发过程中提前涉及供应商；

Involve supplier early in development process;

3. 促进供应商可行性评价；

Contribute in the evaluation of supplier feasibility studies;

4. 遵循ASM中S-APQP的描述，主导供应商APQP的过程；

Lead supplier APQP-process following S-APQP description in ASM ;

5. 负责PPAP的审查，验证和批准（遵循AS404）；

Responsible for review, validation, and approval of PPAP (following AS 404);

6. 支持和促进供应商培训；

Support and contribute to supplier training;

7. 分析PQ/AMC报告的零部件的不符合，判定和核实供应商或AUTOLIV的关注；

Analyze any component non-conformities reported by PQ/AMC in order to determine and verify supplier

or ALV concern;

8. 沟通和跟踪供应商不符合交付（根据ASM管理NCM报告）；

Communicate and follow up with suppliers on non-conforming deliveries (manage NCM reporting

according to ASM);

9. 管理所需的入库检验检验活动；

Manage incoming inspection activity as required ;

10. 负责供应商8D过程（根据ASM和AS63包括问题的升级）；

Responsible for Supplier 8D process (according to ASM and AS 63 including problem escalation) ;

11. 验证整改措施的有效性（Go and See）；

Verify effectiveness of corrective actions (Go and See);

12. 和CSQ、供应商开发和采购合作，优先排序，计划，管理和关闭供应商过程审核（AS2和AS69）；

Prioritize, plan, conduct, and close supplier process audits (AS 2 and AS 69) in collaboration with CSQ,

Supplier Development, and Purchasing;

13. 负责主导零部件各项更改的正确实施，确保无延迟和呆滞库存的产生；

In charge to lead components change to implement correctly, ensure no delay and no dead stock

occurrence;

14. 参与内部体系审核；

Participate in internal system audit;

15. 负责完成上级交办的其他事务；

Fulfill other business required by Superior.

As the global leader in automotive safety systems, Autoliv announced June 28 plans to invest around $50
million in an airbag textile center in China. The new center is needed to meet the strong demand for airbags in China and other Asian markets. The center will also make Autoliv even more competitive by reducing supplier costs through vertical integration.
