岗位职责

Job Responsibility

1. 负责公司质量管理体系的建立与运行，确保公司体系运行的有效性和持续改进；

Be in charge of the quality management system. Ensure the system can be effective and make

continuous improvement;

2. 计划和跟踪内部体系、过程审核，主导和协调ACH/CTC的体系认证审核工作；

Plan and follow up internal system and process audits，lead and coordinate QS certificate job of ACH &

CTC;

3. 负责中国区质量方面BPR程序的优化和统一；

Responsible for BPR procedures to optimize and consolidate on quality side;

4. 监督AS/BPR文件在工厂的执行情况，并每月向中国区汇报。适当时，组织AS/BPR文件培训；

Monitor AS/BPR implements status in plant and report to ACH monthly; Organize AS/BPR training if

necessary.

5. 负责年度审核计划的制订,执行内部体系、AS67 和顾客要求的过程审核，如Q1、控制计划、Formal Q审核等，跟踪整改措施的关闭，管理当年度审核记录；

Responsible to create annual audit plan and conduct the internal system, AS67 and customer required

audit such as Q1,CPA, formal Q audit; follow up the issues till close;

6. 负责安排公司接受第二、三方管理体系审核。主导/参与关于审核发现的问题解决小组，跟踪整改措施直到关闭；

Responsible for accept the second, third party audit; Lead/participate in problem resolution,

follow up the action regarding audit findings till close;

7. 提供质量体系审核结果给管理评审；

Provide quality system audit results for Management Review;

8. 协调管理评审活动和行动计划，如管理评审纪要的整理和管理评审输出整改项目的跟踪；

Coordinate Management Review Activities/Action Plans，eg. responsibility for meeting minutes,

follow-up the output corrective actions till closed;

9. 审查和确保质量部汇报给总部的报告正确，符合AS要求，如OPI， QSR；

Check and ensure quality report that provide to AAH is correct and meet with AS requirement, ie. OPI,

QSR;

10. 定期提供和支持公司内部的管理体系方面的培训，保证相关部门熟悉和执行公司的管理体系；

Timely do the training for quality system, ensure the related department person can know well and

implement the quality system’s requirement;

11. 确保正确的分发、理解和按标准工作，如AS标准和公司程序文件，撤除旧版本标准；

Ensure correctly distribution & understanding and working acc. to standards (AS and local standards).

Remove old versions;

12. 整理质量体系共同的体系/数据库（如内外部审核报告，程序,记录等）；

Coordinate common systems/databases for Quality Management System (i.e. external & internal audit

reports, procedures, records etc.);

13. 支持文控技术员及时更新公司网页；

Support the document control technician to updated the company website;

14. 定期检查文控工作，确保文控工作的及时性和正确性；

Regularly check the archived documents, ensure the document control is correct and in time;

15. 定期检查档案室，确保档案管理的有效性；

Regularly check archiving room and ensure archiving management effectively;

16. 负责上级交办的其他工作；

Fulfill other business required by Superior;

As the global leader in automotive safety systems, Autoliv announced June 28 plans to invest around $50
million in an airbag textile center in China. The new center is needed to meet the strong demand for airbags in China and other Asian markets. The center will also make Autoliv even more competitive by reducing supplier costs through vertical integration. The textile center will consist of a weaving plant, an airbag cushion plant and a development center for airbag cushions and textiles.
