主要职责：
1. Write and update JD to ensure that recruitment has enough and correct information.
岗位说明书的编写和更新，以确保为岗位招聘提供必要的信息资源
2.Recruiting new employee for function department as per their request.
根据各职能部门的招聘需求，进行空缺岗位的招聘
3.Implenment recruiting activities including plan, selection,interview,hiring,etc.
对需求岗位进行招聘的计划、甄选、面试、选择录用等流程执行
4.Communicate with function department and keep good relationship, provide good HR service with satisfaction.
与部门进行沟通，维护好部门的良好关系，为职能部门提供及时、满意的人员配置服务
5.Maintain and manage recruiting channel such as newspaper, internet, headhunter, campus and labour agencies.
招聘渠道（报纸,网站,猎头,校园招聘,人力资源服务公司等）的维护，确保招聘工作的有效性并高质量满足用人部门需求
6.Communicate with new employee and provide HR service around their commencement date, deal with their personal information
对所招聘人员的沟通、入职报到等后续追踪服务工作，新进员工信息处理及系统维护
7.Implement the tasks from high level.
执行上级分配的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. Diploma or above in HR or relevant management major.
大专或以上学历人力资源或相关专业
2. Over 3 years relative working experience in Manufacturing.
三年以上制造业招聘相关工作经验
3. Good professional moral and ethics, good communication skills and team spirit.
有良好的职业道德和职业操守，擅于沟通与协调，良好的团队合作意识。
4. Familiar with laobur law and relevant regulations about HR
熟悉人事相关律法规；
5. Good skills of interview and telent selection.
具有良好的面试技巧和人才甄选技能；
6. Familiar with HRM functions
熟悉各HR职能。
7. Familiar with Office and HR System.
熟练使用Office办公软件和人事软件。
