职位描述
1. JOB SUMMARY
Implement a variety of C&B programs、policies and procedures. Responsible for C&B issues operations.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(1). Perform daily C&B operational issues like employees’ probation confirmation/Transfer/assignment/promotion/resignation etc;
(2). Maintain and update HRIS
(3). Draw out C&B reports to meet business need;
(4). Administer employees’ salary, perform half-year salary adjustment and performance bonus issues etc;
(5). Calculate monthly payroll;
(6). Other assigned related tasks。
3. REQUIREMENT
(1). 3 years relevant experience
(2). Integrity and confidential sense
(3). Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills
(4). Customer focus
(5). Good communication & Interpersonal skills
(6). Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
主要职责:
1. 执行公司的各种薪酬福利政策及程序,负责薪资福利事宜的具体操作。
2. 执行日常的薪资福利事项,如员工试用转正/异动/外派/晋升/离职等;
3. 维护和更新人事信息系统;
4. 制作各类人事报表以满足业务需求;
5. 管理员工薪资,执行半年度薪资调整和绩效奖金发放等事项;
6. 计算每月薪资;
7. 其他指派的相关工作。
岗位要求:
1. 3年以上相关工作经验,有制造行业经验者优先考虑。
2. 良好的保密意识和服务意识。
3. 良好的分析能力和逻辑思维能力。
4. 良好的沟通能力和独立工作能力。
5. 熟悉劳动合同法和当地的政策法规。
