工作概述：
1. 管理并辅导维修技术员日常工作
2. 厂区全员生产维护推动
3. 建立完善维修团队制度，强化团队战斗力

主要职责：
1. 指定维修方针并推动生产设备进行定期专项的维护保养
2. 辅导并督促维修工程师&维修技术员常态工作
3. 依据生产排配，合理利用有限资源促使正常生产
4. 定期培训工程师&技术员的工作技能并评估实用性
5. 主管临时交办工作处理

职位要求：
1. 3年以上设备维修经验
2. 有丰富的机械，液压，电气方面的维修知识
3. 高低压电工操作证
4. 有CNC，阳极，表面处理设备维修经验者优先考虑
