主要职责：
1. 工作中采购策略的建立和执行
2. 推动成本降低，提高出厂品质和服务水平
3. 争取更长的付款周期
4. 供应商的寻找，开发和关系维护
5. 供应商绩效的评估和管理
6. 报价/合同的谈判，及时反馈
7. 跨部门的有效沟通，新项目的支持
8. 市场信息的收集，并整理成报告供管理层参考
9. 良好的团队合作，分享经验并共同达到绩效目标


REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum a Diploma. An Engineering or commercial degree of 4 years education is preferred.
2. 3-5 years’ experience in MRO sourcing or purchasing area in industrial environment
3. Good communication and reporting skill
