Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. 在熟知公司付款流程、会计科目及成本中心属性的前提下，在金蝶系统中审核应付单，生成应付凭证。其中包括应付与应收、预付的定期核销。
Validate the payment vouchers in Kingdee, release them into general vouchers in Kingdee K/3 in a timely manner, taking care of accounts clearness between AP vs. OP and AP vs. Prepayment upon the understood of Tyson Jiangsu payment processes, also has the certain concept of account code& cost centers setup in ERP system.
2. 根据公司网银付款周期, 定期准备应付账款Overdue报表。
Timely generate out the overdue report for misc payable in Kingdee against the E-banking paying circle.
3. 核对应付账款余额，确保及时地记录“应付账款-暂估”并及时跟进发票。视账龄情况进行定期或不定期的对账。
Prepare for the B/S reconciliation for the accounts of “Accounts Payable” and “Other Payable” for monthly basis. Reconcile AP balance between AP module and GL module, review the payable balance with suppliers on regular / irregular basis；
4. 关注供应商相应的付款信息及帐期管理 ，有风险控制意识，确保付出款项的合规性。
Maintain vendor paying (include payment term) information to ensure the approval and update processes have been adopted appropriately. Has the sense of risk control and willing to defend the compliance.

任职要求：
1. 财经类大专以上学历，有会计从业资格证书；
College or above, major in accounting or equivalent, holder of accounting Professional Qualified Certificate.
2. 至少三年的外企应付款会计工作经验。
At least three years experience at AP accounting area in foreign invested company.
3. 熟练使用金蝶软件，办公软件；
Be familiar with Kingdee K/3 and also experienced in Microsoft Office application.
4. 工作责任心强、细致认真, 具有团队精神、执行力强；
Responsibility, hard working, carefulness and detail oriented team player, and executive ability.
5. 良好的沟通能力，愿意承受压力并接受新的挑战（必须）。
Good communication skill, can work under high pressure – Must.
