职位描述
1.Ensure the effective performance of the maintenance team, ensure goals and objects are met or exceeded, by optimizing maintenance procedures and planning, etc.
2.Cooperate with production team, to continue to improve reliability, efficiency and output；
3.Help the group to develop and enhance their skills and believe in creating on-the-job challenges of learning and ing new skills.
4.Assist GM to manage the maintenance budget and capital invested projects, and ensure cost is well controlled.
Experience：
1.Minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
2.Passionate about machine reliability, safety, environmental excellence and process improvement.
3.Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and implementation of improvement methodologies
4.Experience driving and supporting innovative manufacturing and maintenance systems.
5.Proven leadership, team building and organization skills, along with the ability to build trust and integrity, and conflict treatment
6.Experience especially in the area of:
7.Plastic injection molding machines (horizontal and vertical), Arburg machines
8.Cable cutting, Komax, Schleuniger and Metzner
9.Automatic assembly, therefore pneumatic systems, sensors and other electromechanical equipment
Education：
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
2.Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin and fluent conversational English
