职位描述
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Serve as the key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, manufacturing status, installation, field start-up issues; direction, identifying appropriate resources needed, ensuring project deliverables; Implements project plan and controls project budget;
2.Manage project team meetings, both internally and with customer to close open issues and keep projects on track;
3.Inspects process and project to ensure the timely and qualified delivery. Monitor field work and controlling project progress and quality;
4.Completion of technical projects within negotiating of setting project, technical ability, testing processes, specifications and equipment;
5.Work with global project managers, when applicable, to secure support &resources to ensure smooth project launch;
6.Resolve conflict of resources and priorities with various departments during project launch;
7.Identify and define product validation requirements together with our engineering dept;
8.Coordinate customer prototype sample preparations;
9.Lead the project team to ensure technical supports to operation by solving process/ technical problems;
10.Resolve customer and supplier related problems;
11.Work with quality team to ensure plant product quality meeting customer satisfaction;
Education:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Automotive or related Engineering major;
Experience:
5+ years similar experience in automotive related development & project management;
Experience with automotive products essential, be familiar with Automotive parts development process;
Team oriented, but able to work without supervision;
Experience with automotive customer liaison;
Excellent at prioritization and time management;
Able to work cross functionally and take multi task;
Committed to internal control and safety /quality;
