JOB OBJECTIVES:
To provide the leadership and manage for Tolling business, align Tolling business with company business strategy
To develop strategic partnership with Tollers and make sure compliance internal & External policy.
To take primarily responsibility for the EHS, Quality control, NCM and Cost control for the Tolling in scope.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Toller Management
- Establish and renew the business model and contract with Tollers.
- Work with Tollers and ensure the delivery meet standard requirement and business expectation.
- Closely monitor product registration and renew the registration to meet business request
- Coordinate the Tolling activity to meet the flexibility of demand
- Transfer the FFP technology into Tolling business.
EHS and Quality
- Work with EHS team on Toller’s EHS management.
- Work with QA/QC team on Toller’s QA/QC and CPS management.
- Coordinate the investigate for non-conformance, define and tracing the improve actions
Packaging Technology
- Implement & follow up globe packaging policy closely.
- Packaging development under the support of technical and regional manufacturing.
Others
- Assistant the production activities for RD site.
- Work with SC manager as inventory management.
- update the KPI of Tolling business periodic
- Adjust the Tolling business base on country operation strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor degree or above and preferably in engineering or chemistry
Experience
- At least 8 years working experience in the area of operations with skills in engineering, equipment, EHS management and plant management
Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the production & material planning function & fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytic skills. Good written and oral communication in English and Chinese.
- Good computer operation skills. Lead ship skill is preferred.
- Team building and motivation skills
