职位描述
1.Applying all the regulations available within the company - Hirschman Nantong and Hirschmann Group:
? Internal Regulation Policy
? Health and Safety Regulations,
? Fire protection Regulation
? Civil protection Regulation
? Information Confidentiality System Regulation.
2.Contributing to implementation, development and maintenance of the Hirschmann management systems:
? Quality Management System
? Environmental Management System
? HPS (HIRSCHMANN Production System) and CIP (Continuous Improvement System) for whole structure (5S System, Kanban System , Zero Defects- Strategy, etc).
3.Has the responsibility to follow the work safety rules, environmental protection and fire prevention regulation in the area of responsibility and participate in training in order to acquire the concepts presented in the training for labor protection and fire safety, environmental protection.
4.Provides inspection at the reception of materials according to the SAP Inspection System plan and timely informs segment teams on quality issues of the inspected materials.
5.Collects the necessary information for the complaints solving process, to ensure cost recovery for the incidents caused by the non-conform materials.
6.To quarantine non-conform materials and monitor the storage period of these, according to the internal work procedure.
7.To inform always the segment teams regarding unsuitable material situation and act to shorten the time of storage in quarantine.
8.To provide consistent information to the segment team and management team on quality issues and their status by presenting the monthly reports.
9.To provide conform materials for the production line through additional controls and sorting activities in segments ( based on data regarding material quality issues)
10.Offers support to the production department whenever necessary in analyzing processes without added value (Return Material Authorization, scrapping, sorting activities, reparation) to minimize losses and presents the results for the monthly evolution of the materials with quality problems to the Quality manager.
11.To issue updates and to approve procedures and work instructions for the assigned processes according to the job description.
Education:
Technical University Degree (engineering).
Experience:
Experience in quality assurance (preferably in automotive industry).
Skills:
Customer focus, teamwork;
Good communication skills;
Very good English language skills;
Results oriented, Organization and analytical skills;
Knowledge of SAP system is considered a plus.
