As a Caterpillar Administrative Assistant in this position, you will provide intermediate clerical and administrative support to managers and other staff to allow for more efficient operations. Your existing support skills will provide you the opportunity to coordinate and manage a range of clerical responsibilities for Caterpillar’s success.



Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

? Organizing and expediting workflow through the supervisor’s office

? Using the intermediate features of standard software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

? Setting up and maintaining spreadsheets and tying together formula and sheets within a workbook.

? Providing reports such as budgets or forecasts, involving data analysis

? Providing intermediate support to others in the work area on the standard or common operating environment hardware and software.

Required Qualifications:



?Requires an intermediate level knowledge of administrative skills gained through vocational training and/or equivalent experience.

?Demonstrated administrative skills gained through several years of experience in the administrative professional field.

?Requires a thorough understanding of the content of the principal’s job and method of operation.

?Demonstrated ability for independent judgment and knowledge of related operations.

?Fluent verbal and writing English skills.

大型轮式装载机厂将生产由无锡研发中心所开发的新型装载机。这种新型轮式装载机将会满足中国以及其它各地区日益增长的市场需求。

通州地区紧邻卡特彼勒中国现有的多个生产基地，以及大多数供应商。目前，卡特彼勒在中国已经建立了16个生产制造厂，4个研发中心以及3个物流分配中心。
