职位描述
工作地点：江苏-南通。
Responsibility:
1. Responsible to manage daily inbound/outbound operation and daily transportation operation.
2. Responsible to apply necessary license for import & export business, such duty-free certificate for imported equipment, country of origin for export product ,etc.
3. Responsible to maintain the hand book for processing trade and domestics sales process.
4. Coordinate the bonded material and equipment / spare part management.
5. Responsible to payment checking , reconciliation and check request for customs/CIQ broker and freight forwarder/third party.
6. Support manager on logistics cost control , and offer comprehensive solution on customs affair to support business developing.
7. Represent Shaw in ports, terminals and with steamship lines, freight providers in China and around the Asia Pacific.
8. Direct 3rd party logistics relationships and agreements to maintain the high service level required for international and domestic supply chains in the most cost effective manner.
9. Responsible to handle shipment damage investigation & claim for the damage to protect Shaw interest.
10. Offer comprehensive supply chain solutions and lead logistics consultative services and e-business solutions that support Shaw’s supply chain.
Requirement:
1. Good safety, risk control and compliance concept, systematic thinking.
2. Familiar customs affair and policy compliance, international/domestics transportation process.
3. Proper communication and presentation skills.
4. Undergraduate or college degree required.
5. Minimum of 3+ years experience in customs affair ( especially in handbook & domestics sales),transportation and logistics operation. Minimum 2+ years team leader/supervisor experience.
6. Related professional designations and certifications, such as customs certified broker is preferred.
7. Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skillful.
8. Good at English both of oral and write.
9. Ability to travel country-wide.
