Responsibilities and Duties

1. Take part in/support the HOS deployment.
2. Involve/take part in standardizing of the manufacturing process and management process.
3. Study, support, and initiate the continuously improvement regarding the efficiency improvement, wastage reduction and so on.
4. Support Process Engineering and Product manufacturing Engineering on Design for Manufacturing activities and continuous improvement projects as related to: Cycle Times & Line Balance, IE Methods or skill, and Ergonomics.
5. To optimize the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE improvement proposal.
6. Assist the development and coordination of a 3 to 5 years plant capacity plan and capital budget preparation.
7. Manufacturing cost analysis
8. Take part in problem solving including manufacturing process, bottleneck management and quality

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree, IE or mechanism related major
2. Good knowledge of capability study, problem solving, machine balance, people balance ,Time measurement
3. At least 2 years experience in mass production of manufacturing industry, as operational in production
4. Experienced on plant layout or production line layout design
5. Experienced on project management
6. Deep understanding and practices of manufacturing.
7. Good knowledge of Project Management.
8. Good interpersonal skills and high morale on daily work
9. Comfortable to work in team
10. Familiar with AutoCAD software
11. Excellent analytical(data, method…) skill
12. Good communication skill
13. High willing to achieve results on the Gemba (Shop floor)
14. 6 sigma green belt/black belt is a plus
15. Fluent English (Mandatory)
16. Mandarin.
