职位描述
HR Specialist
To assist Regional HR Manager in HR consultative and administrative work including plant operations related, recruitment activities, training and development, HRIS and payroll. Manage the office administrative work with the plant administrators.
- To coordinate and undertake recruitment for different levels of staff including interviews arrangements, selection and arrangements.
- To arrange and coordinate staff movement actions e.g. staff transfers, re-deployments and promotions.
- To administer the preparation of the monthly payroll
- To administer and review benefits levels, ensuring the benefits are competitive, meeting staff’s expectations and are cost effective
- Maintain employee data on timely manner
- To prepare periodic statistical reports to Management on staffing position.
- To provide counseling service to staff on personnel matters.
- To assist in planning and organizing training and development programmes.
- To assist in Employee Orientations Training Program to new employees.
- Any other related job duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills Requirement :
· At least Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
· At least 5 years of work experience in similar area in an operation Chemical process plant
· In depth knowledge of local labour law and various Government regulations
· Payroll experience
· Chinese & English spoken and written
· Ability to work independently and work as business partners with the functional heads
· Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of SAP and MS office applications preferred
