职位描述
Maintenance:
- Train and manage the electrical team to work safety according to electrical standard and the company policy.
- Ensure the plant reliability from the electrical point of view, minimize the emergency down time caused by electrical/instrumentation/automation problems.
- Follow the Best Practice to improve the existing AEI system and procedure.
- Follow the Management Of Change (MOC) procedure when changes on the original control design is required, and obtain approval from Global Central Process Development Leader to ensure safety of the process.
- Keep program documentation up to date and P& ID’s up to date pertaining to process control.
- Ensure continuity of operation by backup systems, guaranteed support from relevant specialists and call out systems.
- Organize and prioritize daily repairs on the most efficient and safe way.
- Organize preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical system, control system hardware/software problems using root cause analysis techniques.
- Periodically inspect the plant to find out potential problems, prepare electrical work list, and report to the other department constructive suggestions.
- Implement processes to improve control reliability and ease of use.
- Day-to-day supervisor and development of department employees (coaching, etc.).
- Manage department costs to remain with budget guidelines.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned.
- Design and develop AEI improvement projects.
- Improve AEI craft skills
Improve energy efficiency:
- Check the power use on the plant and compare to Power Bureau Bill, check power factor and harmonics is optimum.
- Suggest improvements to reduce the power consumption.
Organization:
- Distribute the work orders to the electrical team
- Set development program for engineers, electricians and young trainees.
- Hire new staff with HR.
- Maintain electrical documentation updated.
- Renew electrical permits and keep them properly filed and updated.
- Prepare AEI monthly report
New Projects:
- Design new projects / improvements according production request.
- Request quotations, evaluate quotation and choose suppliers with project manager/plant superintendent.
- Supervise and execute projects, make sure are finished on time and within budget.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor degree in engineering, science or relevant subject, at least 5 years operation experience and 3 years supervisory experience
Relevant working experience over 5 years. has had team management experience for at least 3 years.
Has AEI work experience in either chemical factory or oil seeds industry for at leat 2 years.
