1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
2. Above 8 years experience in project and maintenance engineering and 3 years in supervisory capacity in multinational companies.
3. Have a solid background in mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles.
4. Good in both oral and written English.
5. Good planning and analytical skill and good communication skill.
6. Possess good leadship.
7. Strong team player with integrity, maturity and confidence.
8. A candidate who has the strong potential to be trained as Factory Director in the near future.
