职责:
1、为报价、采购和生产计算耗料
2、控制服装生产用量的准确性，使面料利用率达到最高；
3、根据订单明细和面辅料特性，制定合理的排料规格和比例关系，及时准确的提供出生产使用的排料马克；
4、 及时处理工厂超耗或特殊情况，熟悉面辅料门幅及缩率变化的换算方法，解决、规避排料过程中面料出现的异常情况，给裁剪工序提供可行的依据；
5、 核对样衣、生产制单和客户的要求，发现技术问题或不明之处，及时与打版师、业务跟单员进行沟通确认；

要求:
1、 服装专业学校或高中以上学历优先考虑
2、 3年以上服装算耗料、排料与裁剪相关经验
3、 熟悉服装样板及制作工艺流程（能检查出样板的疏漏、与工艺不符之处）
4、 熟悉各种面辅料的性能（在节约用料的基础上，能严格控制倒顺、格条、色差排料）
5、 会手工排料及德卡CAD排料者优先考虑
6、 尽心尽力工作
7、 工作积极主动，较强的工作责任心与沟通表达能力，优秀的成本管控意识与良好的团队协作精神
8、 会英语者优先考虑，但不是必须的。

Responsibility:
1. Calculate consumption for pricing, purchasing, and for use in production
2. Control the accuracy of garment production consumption, to get the highest utilization rate of fabric
3. Establish reasonable the relationship of specifications and scale of marker making according to order and properties of fabric and accessories, and provide accurate marker for production in time.
4. Handle excess consumption or special cases of factory in time. Be familiar with the conversion method to width and shrinkage changes of fabric and accessories. Solve and avoid the abnormalities of fabric during making marker, and provide a feasible basis for cutting.
5. Check samples, production technical sheet and requirements of customers. Any technical problems or unclear places, should communicate with pattern makers and merchandisers in time.

Requirements:
1. Technical or high school above is preferred, major in garment or relevant.
2. 3+ years working experience in fabric consumption, marker making & cutting garment or relevant.
3. Be familiar with garment patterns and production technical process. (Be able to find out defects of patterns and inconformity with technical process.)
4. Be familiar with the properties of various fabric and accessories. Strictly control the marker making on reverse, check matching and color difference based on saving material
5. Marker making by hand or DECO CAD is preferred.
6. Be willing to put all the efforts to work.
7. Self-motivation, responsible, good communication and coordination skills, good consciousness of cost control, team-player.
8. Basic English abilitys is an advantage, but not a must.
