Job Responsibility
1.跟踪进口货物清关程序：
Follow up the customs clearance procedures:
对安全气囊、气袋保税材料、非保税材料的进口清关进行跟踪，确保生产能顺利进行，并将进口数据与海关备案数据进行比对，防止出现手册超量现象，影响材料进口；
Follow up the import clearance of bonded and non-bonded materials of SB/Cushion to ensure ordinary production； Compare the data of importation and customs record to prevent excess of manual which will impact the material importation；
2.加工贸易手册申请、核销：
Application and canceling for processing trade manual:
1)加工贸易手册申请：
Application for processing trade manual:
a.按公司生产能力、材料使用情况、业务需求制定加工贸易手册数量、金额，输入对外经济贸易委员会网站，进行网上申报；
Decide the quantity and price of processing trade manual according to the productivity, use of material, business needs； Apply for the manual on the website of Foreign Economy and Trade Committee；
b.收到加工贸易委员会网站回执，去对外经济贸易委员会领取批准证书；
After get the receipt the committee, go to receive the certification；
c.将外经委批件、合同、生产能力证明等办理手册所需文件交至海关进行审批；
Hand in the relevant documents to the customs for approval；
d.海关三级审批通过，开具中国银行台帐，并交至中国银行国际结算窗口，并将回执交海关，申领加工贸易手册；
After 3-level approval, open an account. in Bank of China, and hand in this account. to international settlements window and hand over the receipt to the customs to get the manual；
2)加工贸易手册核销：
Cancel of the processing trade manual:
a.将加工贸易手册所有进出口报关单进行整理汇总，制定手册核销表；
Gather all the declarations documents and make cancel list；
b.将手册核销数据输入海关电脑，进行核销申报；
Input the data into the computer system of customs；
c.配合海关手册核销，提供海关需要的各项资料例BOM表、生产报表等；
Cooperate with the customs with providing the necessary forms, such as BOM and production；
d.海关核销结束，出具中国银行台帐核销联，凭核销联去中国银行核销，中国银行审核无误，出具回执交海关，核销全部完成；
After the cancel, provide the attachment to Bank of China； after passing the check of Bank of China, hand in the receipt to the customs. Monitor until all the procedures are finished；
3.与报关行、海关进行协调：
Coordinate with customs broker and customs:
经常与海关进行沟通，了解最新的海关政策，并切合公司实际，更有效地提高进出口效率；作为嘉定重点企业，配合海关做好每年一次海关盘点及海关不定期的中期核查，手册下厂核销；与报关行保持联系，对进出口报关方面出现的问题商讨对策并解决；
Keep contact with customs to know the latest customs policy and increase efficiency combining company’s situation； Cooperate with the customs to finish annual inventory and irregular check； Keep contact with customs broker to discuss the solution of issues in customs；
4.减免税设备：
Equipment of duty cut or free:
负责ACS减免税设备的对外经济贸易委员会的审批、海关审批；
In ge of approval of equipment Foreign Economy and Trade Committee of duty cut or free in ACS；
5.办理进出口需要的各类许可证，如保税材料的加工贸易内销批准证、机电证等；
Deal wit various necessary license；
6.对所有资料进行归档整理，以利海关随时抽查。
Manage all the files for a quick response to irregular check.

requirement:
3 years above related experience in Car or motor industry.
good communication skill.
high sense to follow the rules published by customs and governments
HS code define base on different mateiral / FG/ indirect equipement etc
customs cost( duty/ CCIQ etc) control and collection for report and record
Handbook management
a) work with production and warehouse to make sure separate the import material and domestic material phsically for handbook scrap material rcord for customs check
b) regular review with ME and BOM owner for raw material usage review in handbook, make sure actual usage is in line what we record in customs
c) import material for local sales duty payment process follow and monitor the cost
