Responsibility:
1. Responsible for warehouse daily operation : goods receipt (purchase order , finished goods & RMA) , goods issue (material request, sales order & RMA), cycle counting, stock adjustment & disposition , etc. ensure all business with timely ERP transaction
2. Ensure safety to be the first priority for warehouse operation : fully compliance with EHS regulatory and mandatory PPE application
3. Ensure all operation fully compliance with warehouse specification & SOP , meanwhile , with proper authorization or approval in advance
4. Ensure 5S compliance : working areas clean, neat and in an orderly condition ; all inventory material index is visual management and all the materials are in the dedicated location
5. Work with cross-function ( material planning, procurement , QA etc.) to handle defective or unacceptable raw materials/products, and ensure segregation by physically and in ERP system before final disposal decision
6. Work with Planning team on idle stock monitor and management, expedite the consumption and disposition
7. Support Traffic team to manage on site bonded material and off site 3PL bonded inventory
8. Responsible for warehouse SOP generating, revise/update and audit; responsible for warehouse reporting
9. Monitor the proper utilization of space and warehouse equipment , periodic productive maintenance on warehouse structures and equipment to eliminate any potential defects and problems encountered
10. Monitor the progress and shortcomings of staff performances and recommend training and skill development to achieve efficient productivity
11. Responsible for maintenance of ERP master data that warehousing related
12. Other task assigned by manager


Requirements:
1. Undergraduate or college degree in logistics or Business Administration
2. Minimum of 3 year experience in warehouse management , with chemical handling experience is preferred
3. Familiar with warehousing and distribution systems
4. Prefer with forklift truck driving license
5. Able to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
6. Fluent in English : read and written , verbal communication will be bonus point
7. Good inter-person communication ,presentation and personnel management skills
8. Strong study aspiration & ability
9. Initiative , accountability & team work player
10. Good oversee & cross thinking capability
