JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. Develop, monitor, and implement quality control procedures and policies according to corporate standards to achieve superior reliability.
2. Take the lead on analytical methodology and conduct daily analysis on the raw materials, products-in-progress and finished goods to ensure their quality fit for production.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct method validation and round-robin testing in site QC lab.
2 Develop new method for residual impurity or contaminant in product or cleaning medium.
3. Coordinate the daily analysis under concept of good laboratory practise, support supervisor on updating the lab SOPs to maintain good operation of QC lab,provide the training to lab technician.
4. Double check the test result records to ensure all of data are gengerated properly under SOPs.
5. Monitor the consumables inventory and chemical stock, make the request to purchase reagents, consumbles and reference standard etc.
6. Simulate the formulation receip/process to do lab trial as part of quality evaluation.
7. Report to supervisor or relevant department any unusual findings/abnomalities in lab with recommendation on corrective actions.
8. Maintain the SAP-QM-LIMS to ensure the system working properly.
9 Develop and implement maintenance plan of lab equipment to ensure the lab equipment working propely, and carry out troubleshooting as well.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor or Master degree with major in analytical chemistry, or pharmaceutical analysis, Ph.D degree is preferred.

2. Experience: more than 3 years related experiences in MNC, at least 1 years in analytical lab of crop protection company-formulation/synthesis.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: 1). Familiar with quality management system ISO9001 or Laboratory quality system GLP/ISO17025, and Knowledgable on chromatography and product characteristics of formulation, qualified certification is preferred. 2). Communication: Good communications with other colleagues, Oral/Written English is required.
