JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. Implement site quality assurance procedures according to corporate standards to achieve superior reliability.
2. Maintain the quality assurance system at site in a manner of continuous improvement, to ensure no complaint from external/internal customer and authority.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be responsible for the testing of incoming package material and package testing of finished product.
2. Conduct the inspection properly in the process of refilling and repacking production line as in-process control.
3. Take sampling process for raw material, formulating process and finished product according to relevant SOPs.
4. Maintain quality assurance SOPs and record with good documentation.
5. Report any findings to supervisor and initiate the discussion with production for solution or recommendation.
6. Support supervisor on SOPs updating and quality tracking of raw material and finished product.


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Diploma or bachelor degree with major in Chemical or Pharmaceticals.

2. Experience: more than 3 years related experiences in MNC, at least 2 years quality inspection experience in Crop Protection manufacturer, formulating plant is preferred.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: 1). Familiar with quality management system ISO9001&14000&18000, the knowledgable on packaging test and standard for Crop Protection formulation product. 2). Communications: Strong communication and influencing & impact skills required to ensure compliance with Corporate’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control guidelines at site/suppliers, Oral/Written English is preferred.
