Role purpose
To support the safe operation of the AI manufacturing and ensure the standard in the existing and new AI plant meet Syngenta and government HSE requirement.
支持南通工厂原药合成日常运作的安全管理，确保现有工厂和新建工厂运作符合先正达以及国家相关的HSE要求.

Accountability

a. Conduct the regular plant tour to identify the gaps and the development and implementation of the improvement actions.
对AI工厂在运行期间进行定期安全检查，识别存在的问题并协调相关改进措施的制定和落实。
b. Coordinate the regular inspection of the safety facilities in the plant and follow up on the correction.
协调AI工厂内相关安全设施的检查，并对相关改进进行跟踪。
c. Join the work place risk assessment in the plant to ensure all control measures are implemented.
参与新工厂的工作场所风险评估，确保控制措施的落实。
d. Provide PPE management to ensure meet company requirement.
对PPE进行管理，确保PPE要求符合公司标准。
e. To support the environment sampling and waste treatment and report any abnormal situation according to company and authority requirement.
支持环境取样和废弃物处理，并汇报异常情况。
f. Collect and analyze the HSE operation data in AI plant to trace and support the prevention of any HSE incident.
收集并分析AI工厂内的HSE数据并跟踪其趋势，预防事故。
g. Support the production dept. to deliver the waste reduction and energy saving target.
支持生产部实现废弃物减少及节能目标
h. Maintain the firefighting equipment and support the EMS drill in AI plant.
维护消防设施及支持原药车间的EMS演习。
i. Join the investigation of the HSE incident and the critical near miss.
参与HSE事故及重要险兆事故的调查。
j. Support the HSE license application when necessary
在需要时支持HSE相关证书的申请材料的准备
K. Manage the contractor workers during the construction of the new plant, outage and the normal operation to ensure the good HSE performance.
对施工/大修和运作过程中的外包工进行管理，确保好的HSE表现。

Critical Knowledge:

1. Understand the HSE related standard and regulations. 理解知晓HSE标准及法规知识
2. Chemical hazards knowledge 危险化学品的知识
3. Good understanding of the AI manufacturing process.对农药原药的生产有比较好的了解
4. Masterly application of statistic tools熟练地运用统计工具
5. Stakeholder management skill 相关方的管理技能
6. Communication skill 良好的沟通能力
7. Basic English 基本的英语读写
8. More than three years of working experience in chemical company.三年以上化学品制造企业工作经验
9. College degree or above 大专以上学历
