工作职责要求：

监督和管理CNC操作员，确保工作健康和生产安全

确保完成计划的生产数量。汇报每日的生产效率和不良品.

与QC部门沟通，解决质量缺陷。

分析机加工不良，并解决和纠正。避免加工报废品

进行产品调试，优化设置，优化操作。

定期反馈机加工周期时间和调试设置的时间

技能要求：

熟练操作CNC加工中心，能够识图，独立进行产品调试。

熟悉Fanuc操作系统和手工编程。

熟悉刀具的规格和使用。会磨钻头，铣刀等

基本要求

年龄：26~32

学历：高中，或技校以上

专业：数控或机械专业

相同岗位工作经历二年以上

适应三班生产，能够加班
