Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above in electrical and automation or relevant field.Over 3 years working experience in machine design and 2 years above project management experience . - Solid knowledge and experience of electrical design and electrical components. - Good knowledge of PLC and driver etc. - Very good problem solving and coordination skills. Very good at team work, adaptability and be able to manage big projects alone. - Good command of English in both oral and written. - Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Auto-CAD, familiar with Rockwell products PLC, SLC or ControlLogix, Powerflex drives.

Responsibilities: - Be responsible for feasibility study, electrical design, technical document of equipment modification/upgrade, installation and commissioning by implementing project management. - Coordinate among departments, and create specification, project schedule and cost estimation. Manage the project to comply with the specification, schedule and cost for big projects. - Filing the internal and external documents according to the requirement of Michelin quality system. - Manage big projects and coordinate with Michelin technical center in Europe and America alone.
