Working Responsibilities:

1. Responsible of purchasing for Project(investment)
2. Collaborate closely and participate with R&D Engineering Dept & Operations dept(Maintenance) to develop projects(investment)

3.Ceate, manage and maintain accurate data purchasing documents: records, quotation, potential vendors listing.
4. Purchasing sourcing: pre-source, source items and issue enquiries to vendors for quotations.
5. Prepare price and cost analysis and tender documents.
6. Vendors assessment and selection, evaluation audit onsite.
7. Negociate the contract / Agreement / Prices / Delivery leadtime / Payment conditions
8. Ensure the purchasing procedure: Create and manage purchasing orders, deliver, quality, payment administration

9. Daily follow-up investment project(action plan, schedule, delivery leadtime…)
10. Troubleshoot problems and questions regarding purchases (delivery/ quality…), suppliers, etc
11. Maintain the monthly Reporting of Technical project purchasing(expenses & savings, project status, performance objective)
12. Maintain market intelligence: Knowledge about equipment, vendors, and market for Gerflor different processes 13.Establish and maintain a secondary vendor base as alternative source for products and for cost reduction activities and strategic purchasing.
14.Exchange datas & information (suppliers) with Technical MRO purchaser--

Required:

1. Worked as a technical & engineering project purchaser for 5 years
2. university diploma, degree certificate, trained regarding purchasing
3. projects management experiences, Have good communication and negotiation ability and work management ability
4. Mechanical engineering and automation’s major is better
