岗位职责：
1、在与公司整体发展战略/公司制度/操作规范保持一致的前提下，主持全国国内销售板块全面工作。
2、协助进行战略规划，制定市场营销策略，制定年度定价策略，完善营销体系。
3、组织制定公司整体销售目标及分解目标，制定目标实施计划和策略，领导并管理下属团队达成销售目标。
4、制定本部门组织架构及人力资源的发展规划，领导执行本部门人力资源的项目考核，建立，培训和管理销售队伍。
5、指导销售渠道的开拓并管理，维护并整合客户资源。
6、组织对市场反馈信息的监控及对新产品的定位评估，了解掌握市场信息并及时向上级主管领导报告。
7、协调与公司各部门相互合作关系，确保营销关联环节的畅通。
8、掌控合理的销售费比，并依据市场战略规划及区域性、阶段性的市场拓展需要，合理分配及调度费用投入。
9、组织月度销售总结及预测，参与营销平衡会议，系统分析月销售计划执行情况，管理并分析各区域内各渠道的数据并根据结果提出调整方案，对区域销售目标阶段性的调整。
10、制定销售板块的工作规范、行为准则及奖励制度。

任职资格：
1、10年以上食品行业（其中在知名的食品企业不少于三年）的销售工作经验，二年以上全国销售经理或销售总监的资历。
2、熟悉国内大部分地区的市场状况，并了解各地主要的业态系统及其操作要素，有广泛的客户资源。
3、对市场有敏锐的洞察力、判断及开发能力，具备全面深刻营销知识和技能。
4、具备销售体系的组建及管理经验，杰出的管理领导能力和沟通协调能力。
5、35岁以上，全日制大专以上学历，熟练使用电脑办公自动化软件。
