职位描述：
1.三年以上高级管理或教育行业工作经验；具有团队管理经验，良好的职业素质与责任心。
2.全面负责培训中心的各项工作包括市场、销售、教务、教学及行政管理等。
3.根据总部的要求对当地市场进行全方位和深度的开发。
4.具有一定的销售经验，能带领团队完成总校赋予的业绩指标。
5.有独立的分析和解决问题的能力，头脑灵活 。
6.管理整个分校，协调各部门的工作，保证分校的整体运作 。
7.负责分校人员的业绩考核。
8.统计分析各项数据，汇总总校。
任职要求：
1. 热爱教育事业，对教育培训行业有清晰的深入清晰的见解。
2. 本科以上学历，教育/营销/市场专业优先。
3. 三年以上工作经验，英语日常沟通无障碍。
4. 具有良好的洞察力和心理分析能力。

      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
Based on traking assessment of the development of 50,000 Chinese children, and in conjunction with the cooperation of over 100 experts from China and overseas, we believe that intellectual, physical and social emotional growths are all equally important and should be developed with balance.
