Responsibilities:
1. To support manager for identifying the employees' development plan and training needs based on the company strategies and business needs.
2. Organize and to be the facilitators for some internial training.
3. Facilitate, conduct and implement scheduled training plan.
4. Develop and administer training record and measurement tools, including training database, the tracking/completion/certification; Ensure all training records and related documentations are in place and sorted and recorded.
5. Provide support to various company activities
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2.Fluent oral English and good knowledge of written English.
3.Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills, good team player
4.A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
