RESPONSIBILITY
● Work directly with an implementation team and support all 'Go & Do' activities
● Support, train, mentor and coach Leaders, Supervisors, team Leaders and Operators on HOS principles,processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation framework.
● In liaison with the HOS Team & Plant Leadership team, drive continuous improvement through the SIF implementatio
● Drive standardization and consistency of approach.
● Share knowledge with other HOS Specialists and teams across Honeywell for support and continued update of latest HOS enhancements/updates utilizing benchmarking efforts to lead development of Best-in-Class operational practices.
● Deploy tools,processes,and training needed to deploy the Standard Implementation Framework.
● Run kaizen events and rapid problem solving exercises and other learning events.
● When needed will act as interim HOS Site leader
● Other assignments from manager

QUALIFICATION
1.Leadership skills, is a team player, has strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of driving
2.Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including presentation planning and delivery skills
3. Goog English Writing, Listening Reading and Speaking skill
4. Lean qualification and experience or training for qualification Lean expert certification preferred
